1) Purchase Maze Dividers, several Puzzle Boxes and the wired furni: Wired Trigger: Repeat Effect, Wired Condition: Item Has Furni, and Wired Effect: Match Furni To Position & State. This enables you to set gates to open or items to move when the puzzle boxes are on a tile.
2) Create your arena from the furni you have purchased, creating a suitable challenging set of routes that you know will work.
3) Decorate the room and place the puzzle boxes in starting places, and then open it to the public!
