Goodbye Habbo eXperts, Hello Habbo Guides!
This new Habbo Guides system has been introduced to replace the Habbo eXperts which were removed from the hotel shortly before this release! They are very similar to the old Welcoming Party which was initiated, but with a more direct role. Anyone is able to become a Habbo Guide by joining the group, once you join this group you'll have the new Habbo Guides Tool appear when you next load the hotel client. Once you see this little button representing a person waving in the top left of the screen, give it a click and a little popup will appear asking if you want to pick up invitations from new users. If you click yes, when a new user requests help you'll be given the opportunity to go directly to them and give them a helping hand in their Habbo life. Clicking cancel will simply close this little popup window and let you continue with your usual business. However, to become one of these guides you must have been a member for at least 30 days and not have been banned lately, for a Habbo to count towards one of your Guide bages (explained below), they must be active on the hotel for more than 3 days and remain on your friends list - continue helping new members to increase the level of your badge! There are 11 levels you can achieve through this new system, in order of 1 to 10 these are: Bunny, Bambi, Otter, Badger, Fox, Lynx, Buffalo, Bear, Eagle Owl. In addition to this, the eleventh level is the Wolf badge which is for the ultimate guides - held only by 6 Habbos at a time as chosen by the staff.

Some substantial changes to both Battle Ball and Snow Storm
Battleball and Snow Storm have both gone under huge changes too. Firstly, the tickets have been completely scrapped in favour of free games! The main update to these two games is that you can now start a game from anywhere in the hotel - no more lobbies! The new Games console can be accessed from the new menu icon at the bottom of the screen and this will show you a variety of information including games available to join, high scores, information on games and also the chance to start your own game. As usual, you will be taken to the game arena once the game has started and the way in which the games are actually played remains the same and there are also new rule sheets displayed when you click the little scroll icon whilst playing a game. When you're using the Games console, a bubble will appear above your head with either a ball to represent Battle Ball, or a snowflake if you're playing Snow Storm! Once the game has finished, you'll be able to see the scores achieved and also be able to play again or return to where you were. The old High Scores system has also been scrapped and a new Experience Points feature introduced. You can earn Experience Points by playing both Snow Storm and Battle Ball as the scores are now combined and an overall leaderboard is still maintained!

All those small things, including new hair, toolbar updates and new stickers
Two new icons have also been added to the menu at the bottom of your screen, one for the new gaming console and another which has the catalogue and purse combined! By combining these two features it means you can now access the catalogue from the hotel view and keep track of your credits balance either by the purse which appears as you open the catalogue, but also a credits total at the bottom of each page of the catalogue - handy or what?! We also have the new Wooden letter range added to the Habbo Homepage catalogue. Increasingly frequent with new updates is the introduction of new clothing styles - and release 24 is no exception! We now have three new hairstyles to strut our stuff in, one for males, one for females and one shared between the two! ~ click the images below to see the full version!
