In this version we have the introduction of Pixel Points
Since the beginning of Habbo, purchasing items has always been done via Credits, which costs you real life money (10p is around 1 Credit). However, now Habbo has introduced a brand new feature called Pixels. Pixels are a second currency in Habbo that are earned, not bought, and can not be traded. They can be spent on Special Effects, Rentals and Pixel Discounts. Pixels are earned for every level of achievement you attain as well as for spending time in Habbo, playing games or Guiding new Habbo's. You can also earn pixels by joining Habbo Club or using the Invite Friends feature.
As previously mentioned, one of the things you can buy with Pixels are Special Effects and Rentals. Special Effects are effects that your Habbo can use or wear such as a UFO, Torch or Ghost. You can use them in rooms when your Habbo is standing up and not dancing. Rentals are a type of furniture that create a kind of effect such as an explosion. Both Special Effects and Rentals only have a lifespan of 1 Hour, whether they are on or off.
Occasionally a section called Pixel Discounts will appear under the Pixel Shop section of the catalogue. These combine Pixels and Credits, allowing you to buy certain pieces of furniture with Credits and Pixels, saving you money. For example an item of furniture that usually is for sale at 4 Credits might be purchasable for 2 Credits and 200 Pixels.

The catalogue has also been changed to include some new colours and drop downs!
Another change in v28 is the Catalogue. The Catalogue now displays a number of tabs on the right side, many of which drop down to reveal a small list. This makes the Catalogue much more easier to navigate as well as making it look nicer.
