Habbo groups have only been around for about a year and a half and they have improved massively since. The Habbo groups allow you to create your own badges and allow you to give your Habbo friends permissions to change the badge and the group page. The groups page is basically the same as Habbo Homes but they can be edited by more than one person. Your Habbo groups page will first appear with information stickies but these can be deleted and then purchased and replaced by your own unique style of designing!

 Creating a Habbo Group

To start your own Habbo Group, click "My Groups" at the top of the Habbo Page and click Create my Own Group. It costs 10 credits to buy a group.  Once you buy a group, you become the group Owner.  You can now name your group and get to work on the badge and the homepage!

Creating A Group Badge

Once you have created the group, you can then click the "Group Badge" button and begin creating your bagde.  Habbo has a lot of different images in thier database to create your very own unique badge.  Take a look at some of the examples above.  Habbo's that are in your group can wear the badge for the rest of the hotel to see!

Creating a Habbo Group Page

Creating a Habbo Group page is almost the same as creating a Habbo Home Page!  You have stickers and widgets that you can put on to make the page look funky!  On a Habbo Group page, you can include a widget that shows the groups members, a guestbook that can be set for only members to post in, awesome stickers to include information about the group and even a discussion Forum!  The best part is, the group owner controls what goes on the page!  If the owner doesn't like something, there is the good old delete button!

Who can join your group?

It depends what setting you put your group as.  If the group is public, then anyone in the hotel can join your group.  If you set your group on private, they will send a request to join the group and then you can decide if they can join or not.  Whatever setting you choose, you will still have a lot of people in your group.

Group HQ                                               

All group members report the the groups HQ!  What in the world are we talking about?  Well, now Habbo groups can set a room as the HQ.  But how do you set the groups HQ?  Well, just click on the groups settings and click room settings.  Then BAM, you can change the head quarters for the group!  This room can be changed anytime you want to!

How to find the Groups Page

Now, some people may be asking, how do my friends find my groups page?  Well, you set your groups URL when you create the group.  So, when people want to go to your groups page, they can just type in www.habbo.co.uk/home/___________.  Just enter your groups URL in the blank!

Group Admins

So, maybe one of your friends wants to be a group admin?  To do this, just go to your member list and beside thier name, just click the "Give Rights" button.  Then, the person you chose now has rights to the group!
