Welcome to the fourth issue of Trade Tips. Now I would like to mention the great response I have had from this. I now often get people recognising me in Trade Rooms and asking me on the spot questions. All I can say is keep them coming!  Silver Nelly
This rare has stayed the same as last week. I don’t recommend buying this rare at this moment in time as I suspect another fall in value. Sell now at roughly 15-17 HC to avoid losing out on too much. If you’re buying it, don’t offer close to the habbox value, you may lose out.
Petal Patch
This rare hasn’t really moved substantially in a while. I don’t think it will for the moment, but I have seen this rare selling for 2 HC on occasion and at 2.5 HC. I recommend buying cheap and selling high as it is quite stable at the moment.
 Bronze Nelly
This rare is selling higher than the silver Nelly, but it is still not selling well, could the value above the silver Nelly be a hint that this will fall below the silver Nelly? I would recommend selling now and buy in bulk when you think it has stopped falling.
 DJ Deck
An immense rare that I love and adore. This rare rose to 4 HC this week, I think it will continue to rise slightly, but it might not... it’s unpredictable at this moment in time.
White Lace Pillow
This rare recently rose by 0.25 HC. I suggest that you sell now because I don’t think it will rise any more. A drop to around 1.5 HC to 2 HC might be in the books.
Dragon Egg
A BIG hitter this week! At the start of this week, people were selling for 2 Thrones due to a rich guy being hacked. I believed it would still fall after that, but I was wrong! It has now risen to 2T 50 HC at this date in time and I believe it will continue to rise back to its original price of 3 T, give or take 10 HC. If you missed out on the profit that could have been made, don’t worry! There is still some to be made, grab a 10-20 HC per Dino easily in the week to come.
Red Birdbath
This rare has recently rose to 1T 50HC. Here we have a prime example, like the dino, of profit that could have been made. I believe it may rise a little more but may also fall after that. Watch this space!
Blue Cotton Pillow
This rare is currently on Habbox at 2.5 HC, but is selling at varied prices. I think this will rise soon, it can’t fall much more so buy some at 2 HC if you can and wait for a few weeks and sell them a little under its price it is raised to so you make a tidy profit.
Golden Elephant
You may say I like my elephants this week, but I think there has been a definite buzz about them this week. This rare has risen with the Dragon Egg due to the super rares being circulated. I think there is still a profit to be made, but not much, be careful!
Throne
This rare has rose a whole HC sofa. I am still unsure on what is happening with this rare, on some occasions I see it selling at 61-62 HC and some I see for 64-65. There’s no telling what will happen at the moment, I guess we will have to find out!
I also recommend buying:
Popular super rares. E.g. Dino Egg, Typewriters, Nelly’s and some Birdbaths. They all seem to be doing very well at this point in time.
Other than that, I don’t think many Catalogue rares have been doing very well, mainly minor changes such as 0.5-1.0.
Today I am comparing the values from December last year to this year. You may notice that the comparisons are only between one or two years, this is because images have since been deleted or replaced, so it is hard to find what rare is what when I am researching. Nevertheless, enjoy the facts!
Throne – 42 CS, now at 64 HC, that’s a 12 HC increase in 12 months!
Bronze Nelly – 5.5 HC – Doing well now considering it was 15 HC less last year! Still, it is above the Silver Nelly.
Silver Nelly – 5 HC – As with the Bronze Nelly, it is doing well now.
Keep an eye on those Super Rares! They could take off again, who knows! Now is a great time to buy in bulk too, with lots of rares dropping in value it is wise to buy them cheap. Please remember to give me feedback and have a great time trading!

Introduction Sadly, trading was disabled earlier on this week, so not much has been going on. I will now guide you through the popular/unpopular trades since the re-activation of trading. Popular Rares  Throne  Our old friend has found a steady price. Tips - I believe this has stopped falling buy may rise in future. Buy these now.  DJ Deck  Recently risen 0.25 HC Tips - not a great deal of a rise, but I think this may get to 4 HC sometime soon. Buy now and sell for profit.  Silver Nelly Recently raised 2 HC. Tips - Some profit to be made here. Buy for around 17 HC and sell for 18-19 HC if you can. I think the recent increase may spark an interest, so sell sell sell while you can!  Christmas Trees Most of these have now rose. Tips - People are buying these for christmas decoration rooms, so If you have some stored, now is the time to sell. Get a great deal while you can!  Venomous Habbulus Increased in price. Tips - Sell if you have some of these. I cannot make a good prediction to if its going up as yet though. Unpopular Rares  Blue Cotton Pillow  This rare has done very badly after dropping to 3.5 HC. Tips - I don't recommend buying these for the moment unless you get them cheap. I have seen people trying to get more than 3.5 HC and I have yet to see them sell.  Dino egg I've seen a lot of these go for 3 T. Tips - Although it is only a minor drop, you can easily make some profit on these. Buy them for 3 T and sell for at least 5 HC profit. Do this multiple times and you'll be able to get some easy HCs.  Throne Sofa Still sitting at 1.25 HC Tips - I strongly agree that these will fall to 1 HC. I haven't seen much profit given on these in a while. Sell now while you can. Buy at 1 HC now.  Tiki Furniture The sand patch, the jungle patch and the bar desk and corner have recently decreased. Tips - I don't suggest buying these, considered as un-rare items by most people. Sell at habbox price now as they probably will decrease in the future. Habbo Brain Decreased again! Tips - Seriously? I wouldn't buy these as they are soo unpopular. Sell while you can I guess, I don't suspect a rise anytime soon. Steady Rares  Green Birdbath Easily sellable at 4 HC. If you wait and look hard enough, you will get 5HC for this rare. Tips - I suggest to sell these as close you can to 5 HC as I believe they may fall sometime soon as more and more people are buying at 4 HC.  Red Amber Recently Increased. Tips - Its unpredictable if its rising or falling at the moment, but it seems stable, so profits could be made if bought in bulk. Habbox Values, then and now! On this day last year... Gold laser gate was 10 T Purple Fan was 8 T The Choc ICM was 3T+15CS Blue Habbo Safe was 1 HC The black and pink Pura Egg chairs were 0.5 HC Conclusion Thank you for reading! Trade Tips
Welcome to the second issue of Trade Tips. Only on Habbox with me, Lost-Shark. Ex-Rare Values Manager and currently Head Rare Values Reporter.
This week has been a bad week for trading. Trading was temporarily disabled on Habbo which caused quite a stir between the trading communities. This was caused by many scripting problems Habbo has been having, the official scam warning from Habbo can be found here. Hence, our values were not updated while the Trade Box was disabled. But nevertheless, trading has been happening this week despite all the hassle. Enjoy the advice.
Normal Rare’s
Majestic
This rare is sitting at 2HC
Tips - This rare can easily be sold for 2 Club Sofas. People are often willing to pay more for lots of these at a time. E.g. you may get 1 or 2 HC profit for selling 15-20 for instance. Watch this rare as it might go up.
Throne
This rare has once again gone down.
Tips - This rare has done the opposite to last week. It is now dropping and may be wise to sell these. It seems to have slowed in the price drop but I suspect it may rise in the near future.
Bamboo Forest
This rare has recently gone down.
Tips - This rare has never been very popular and I doubt it will rise any higher than 1 HC. My advice is to steer clear of buying these in bulk.
Black Monolith
This rare has risen by half a Club Sofa.
Tips – This is a great time to sell these if you own any. I don’t suspect they will rise much more but I don’t predict a fall anytime soon. Watch this space!
Super Rare’s
Dragon Egg
This rare has gone up significantly.
Tips – Now might be a good time to sell, but a further rise in price may take place depending on what it is traded for on the hotel. It has recently gone up from 2T + 50HC to 3T + 2HC. I don’t believe this will drop anytime soon, so make some profit while you can!
Typewriter
This rare has fallen in price.
Tips – I don’t recommend buying these for the moment, they have gone up in the past few weeks but now they have dropped in value. These may drop again, so be careful if you are buying these.
Blue Cotton Pillow
This rare has fallen in value.
Tips – Now could be a great time to buy these. But don’t count on it as it has been falling for a number of weeks. Only time will tell what will happen to this rare.
*NEW* Habbox Values – Then and Now!
Throne
In February this year, this rare was valued at 50 HC. Meaning this rare has risen 15-20 HC since then. Great news for everyone!
Purple Fan
In February, this rare was valued at 10 Thrones. Now it is only worth a mere 0.6 HC. An extremely big fall for once a very super rare! It was released in catalogue, which ruins all good super rares.
Blue Spaceship door
In February, this rare was valued at 6 Thrones. Now it is at 38 HC. Another big fall in price. But at least this rare is still a super rare.
Gold Amber
In January 2005, this rare was valued at 9 Thrones and 17 Club Sofas. It is now valued at 5 HC. A drop of 9 Thrones and 12 HC. This was the highest priced super rare on Habbo at the time, but now it is among many good Normal Rares.
Conclusion
A bad week for trading. Many people have been scammed by the new scripting tools. It has even been affecting Habbox staff; one of our Rare Values Staff has lost two thrones to scammers. A shock to us all, but trade on as Habbo Staff will continue to block the scripts.
And finally remember these top tips when trading.
· Always check what’s in the box before trading.
· If it sound too good to be true, it probably is.
· If you suspect a Scripter, leave the room immediately and us the “Call For Help” tool on Habbo.

Popular Rare’s
Throne
This rare has reached a staggering 70 CS this week! The highest value it’s ever been.
Tips - It might be best to sell now, a sharp rise in price usually results in a fall in price.
History this week - Risen from around 60 HC to 70 HC. This popular rare can be found in most good casinos and trade rooms, look no further to buy one for a reasonable price.
Club Sofa or Habbo Club Sofa
This rare is once again at 1.0.
Tips - This rare will never rise or fall, and because they are so popular, you can buy almost anything with them. A great rare to have for all traders.
History this week - No Rise. This rare can be found in nearly all trade rooms and some casinos.
Typewriter
This rare has been popular this week and has risen from around 40 CS to 65 CS.
Tips - This rare, like the throne may fall, so watch out when buying for above the Habbox rate
History this week - BIG rise. This rare can be found in good casinos and very good rare shops. Harder to get hold of than normal rare's, so you need to look hard to find them.
Gold Dragon
This super rare has increase by more than a throne and it looks like it could go up more in future.
Tips - There is a possibility of some nice profit if you buy this rare now!
History - This rare has increased by almost a throne. It isn't always easy to find! You are considered lucky if you can find one, and luckier if you can buy one cheap!
Snow Rug
This rare has risen tremendously in the past week or so due to Christmas being on our door step!
Tips - I'd hold onto this rare until the Christmas competitions start to take place, but don't sell to late as the value may go down as other people will be selling at the same time so buyers will have more chances to buy, which means lower prices.
History - At the start of the week this rare was 2HC and has risen to 2.75HC and is teetering on rising to 3HC
Snow Globe
Similar to the Snow Rug this rare has been in high demand over the past week and has shown a high increase in value.
Tips - Hold onto them, these are harder to get hold of then the Snow Rug so keep hold of them until you get some good offers. It's probably not a good time to buy these to make profit as they are already very high in value.
History - Same as the Snow Rug, it was at 2HC at the start of the week and is now 2.75HC with a possible rise to 3HC
Serpent of Doom (Black Dragon)
The most popular of all collectable dragons.
Tips - Stock up on these now as they show no sign of decreasing in the future, we recommend you just sit in trade city and wait for someone who is selling one, there not that hard to get due to the trade being Buy and sell for more, they don't usually store for very long at all.
History - The black dragon was released as a 25-credit rare in the catalogue. What makes this rare outstanding was that it sat at 1.5 for ages, and most of these were just stored and not many people were not too bothered about them. They were often traded for higher than 1.5HC but were never put up in value. Suddenly the demand rose dramatically and the value went from 1.5 to 3 HC in a couple of weeks, hence double-ing its value, but it didn't stop there and has continued to go up. Now it lies at 8.5 and still rising. 
Birdbath (Red)
1 of the 2 super rare birdbaths.
Tips - It would be a good idea if you could find some of these, buy them and keep them until a further increase. However, there's always the fear of them being released in the pay day plus credit deal!
History - The Birdbath (Red) was given out by Habbo staff both in competitions and possibly in funky Friday, as well as being accidentally released at a price of 25 credits in 2004, for just 6 minutes.
This rare often goes up and down from 1t to 1t + 20CS; however, recently it has gone up to 1t + 45cs and is still showing more increase! This rare is likely to go beyond 2t in the near future.
Unpopular Rare’s
Habbo Brain
This rare has fallen recently from 2.5 CS at release date to 0.75 CS as per moment.
Tips - This IS the most unpopular super rare and is more regarded to as a normal rare. I recommend selling them now as they may be dropping soon as people are no longer needing them for Habboween and Room designing contests.
History - Added first on Habbox at 2.5 CS this rare has dropped in price for a number of reasons. These can be found just about anywhere as they were given to anyone who watched "IGOR" at vue cinemas.
.gif ) Gold Pod & Dark Blue Pod
These Rare’s were originally scripted into the hotel (Except from a few that were bought from the catalogue in the early years of the hotel) but there was a day where they were accidentally released when the catalogue was updated.
Tips - Best time to buy these as they will probably start to rise again like before.
History - It decreased from 6HC to 2.5HC in one day!
