I know plenty of people who suffer with it; me included. It’s slowly becoming my best friend & I’m not sure I like that. I mean, I’m exhausted, I’m physically drained but all it wants to do is keep me busy with different thoughts ideas; some of them being completely out of this world!
To begin with, I was able to manage it with relaxing/calming options such as meditating music, lavender oils. but that soon changed to visiting the doctor for a prescribed pill. Now? Not even that works! So I give in to it; it seems the only way to go. Is it the right way to go? I’m at a crossroads and need my fellow Habbox’s to help me out!
