There have been a number of management changes at Habbox lately. One of these changes being former Assistant General Manager (Staff), Expling, switching roles to the content side of things as our new Assistant General Manager (Content) following the departure of Welshcake a few months back. Responsible for the content side at Habbox, it is Tommy’s job to oversee the Content, Graphics, Rare Values and Articles departments. Let’s hope he approves of this article and that I don’t get fired for choosing bad questions!
So that you can all get to know our new main content man, I thought it would be fun to do a small interview with him! You can read the full interview by clicking ‘Read More and Comment’ below. If you have any questions for Expling, post them below and I’m sure he’ll give you an answer!
Ever wanted to know some interesting facts about a Habboxer? What will they remember Habbox for? Is there anything they dislike? What even made them want to join Habbox in the first place? Or even what type of item would they be on a supermarket shelf? Well, well, well… all will be revealed! Join me as over the coming weeks we uncover some intriguing facts about some of Habbox’s oldest, and newest members!
Best of all, you are in control.
As Content Assistant General Manager, I may be a bit biased when I say that my Content managers are the best. I currently have two new managers out of the four (including Rare Values manager which is myself), so I have decided it would be fun and informative if I asked them a couple of questions in order to make this Q&A article.

Ever wanted to know exactly what Ditch the Label is all about? Maybe you’ve heard the name floating around Habbo and want to know more about what they do? Habbox staff member FUNISMYME has kindly provided us with this exclusive interview with Ditch the Label staff member Sue.
When and why was Ditch the Label started?
“Our CEO, Liam Hackett set up Ditch the Label in 2012 after his own personal experience of a decade of bullying left him feeling alienated by existing provision which he found to be disempowering and ineffective. We are now one of the largest anti-bullying charities in the UK providing innovative support to over 180,000 young people each year, mainly on digital platforms.”
What is it that Ditch the Label does?
“We provide advice, support and interventions to young people affected by bullying. This extends to those who have been bullied and those who are bullying others. We also provide advice to parents/guardians and advice, plus support and training to teachers and other professionals and organisations involved in the safeguarding of young people. We further produce leading global research which better helps us understand bullying and its associated behaviours.”

I know what you’re all thinking; “God, not another interview?! Doesn’t she know how to do anything else?!” but I swear this should be the last one for a while! (And it totally has nothing to do with the
tyrannous new General Manager lawrawrrr forcing me into this, but I don’t want to get fired so I’ll just pretend I meant to cut this side note out of the article.)
First of all, the reason this is happening is because, after Wispur’s sudden departure from the General Management team, lawrawrrr has been announced as the new General Manager with welshcake taking her position as Assistant General Manager (Content). Check out the forum announcement here. So now the General Management team includes lawrawrrr as General Manager, Absently as Assistant General Manager (Community), and welshcake is Assistant General Manager (Content)!
Now onto the point of the article: the articles department is giving you the chance to find out anything you might want to know about the whole General Management team!
