Sunday the 8th of May marks a very special day for many countries across the world- Mother’s Day! Having already celebrated the event in the UK this year, I once again ensured my mother was treated to a cooked breakfast, flowers and lots of other goodies! Mother’s day is the day in which we honour and thank our mum’s for playing such an important part in our lives.
Habbox is holding a special event to celebrate Mother’s Day this year, and you can win yourself a very beautiful badge, designed by LovelyRainbow. Want to win yourself this badge? Simply head down to the event by clicking here or search Plebings. You can find a full guide explaining how to complete the event below should you get stuck! The theme of this event is preparing and delivering breakfast in bed for your mum! Good luck to everyone who has a go at the event and thanks to the Habbox Room Builders for creating the rooms!
Pinch and a punch for the first of the month! Join us, all the other fansites and Habbo to celebrate May Day – now live in the hotel!
May Day is celebrated in many different ways around the world and that’s what this event is all about. Our event is the Feast of Bealtaine… read more about it and find out how to do the event below!
As the school holidays draw to a close for many of us in the UK- Easter is officially over and done with for another year. (Although judging by the amount of chocolate I have left over it may as well be Easter every day of the year!) Once again Habbox held its annual Easter Eggstravaganza with heaps of fun to be had during the course of the week and lots of prizes up for grabs too! This year the event ran from the 28th March until the 3rd of April and during that time there were numerous events, competitions, on air competitions and department quests for you to take part in. We travelled around different parts of the world collecting all of the eggs that the Easter bunny had dropped! The stops included Australia & New Zealand, China, Egypt, The United Kingdom and The USA.
The leaderboard is now finalised and can be found here. Congratulations to FlyingJesus & Mrs_Plant who obtained the top two places this year, with some ‘noob’ called Bolt660 coming in third! As an added bonus this year there is a special prize of forum VIP, an Easter forum icon and a special forum award for collecting all the pieces of a puzzle. Winners of this special prize will be announced on the forum soon so keep checking back. You can check out a selection of screenshots from just some of the events that were held during the Easter Eggstravaganza by clicking ‘Read More and Comment’ below. On behalf of the community I would like to thank Absently for all of her hard work organising and running this years event and to all of the staff that worked hard to make it happen. We hope you all had a terrific Easter!
Everyone at Habbox would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy Easter!
This year our annual Easter Eggstravaganza will run from Monday 28th March to Sunday 3rd April. That means that this year the event begins one day after Easter, giving you the freedom from school to run wild and free to gather as many eggs as you want! To gather these eggs all you need to do is participate in events by departments, regular Easter events and by tuning into HabboxLive and winning on air competitions. You can find out more information about each departments events by clicking here.
There are some fantastic prizes up for grabs which you can find below. We hope you all get involved and have fun during this bumper week of Easter goodness! Make sure you eat plenty of chocolate too! (unless you are allergic to milk in which case eat lots of erm… moo free chocolate?) 😀
As Content Assistant General Manager, I may be a bit biased when I say that my Content managers are the best. I currently have two new managers out of the four (including Rare Values manager which is myself), so I have decided it would be fun and informative if I asked them a couple of questions in order to make this Q&A article.
