Get ready for a summer full of fun at Habbox, because the new Habbox Help Desk is now open, and we’re giving away 20c to celebrate! Just carry on reading to see how you could win!
I know what you’re all thinking; “God, not another interview?! Doesn’t she know how to do anything else?!” but I swear this should be the last one for a while! (And it totally has nothing to do with the
tyrannous new General Manager lawrawrrr forcing me into this, but I don’t want to get fired so I’ll just pretend I meant to cut this side note out of the article.)
First of all, the reason this is happening is because, after Wispur’s sudden departure from the General Management team, lawrawrrr has been announced as the new General Manager with welshcake taking her position as Assistant General Manager (Content). Check out the forum announcement here. So now the General Management team includes lawrawrrr as General Manager, Absently as Assistant General Manager (Community), and welshcake is Assistant General Manager (Content)!
Now onto the point of the article: the articles department is giving you the chance to find out anything you might want to know about the whole General Management team! They’ll be answering anything from what their favourite fruit is to their plans for the future of Habbox, so get your questions in! All three members of General Management will be answering your questions but you can direct your questions at any one of the three.
Make sure to PM me (click here) with everything you want to know, but you only have a short time to get your questions in so make sure you’ve sent me everything by the end of tomorrow (23:59 BST on Wednesday 29th July). The information is the same as always but I’ll put it below as a reminder.
-You may submit as many questions as you like and do not have to send them all in one PM.
-Your questions may not be used for any reason, and the decision to use your question is up to the discretion of the Articles department.
-If you just want to direct your question(s) at one of the girls, please state this or we won’t be able to tell!
-You may also leave questions in the comments below and I’ll pick them up too!
I’m not going to lie – I’ve never seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I read it as a kid (and the Glass Elevator!) but I’ve never seen the films. Oops!
However, the one thing I loved as a kid was imagining all the chocolates and the wacky ideas and things Willy Wonka came up with! I used to love imagining the cool things all these chocolate bars could do – and coming up with some of my own too!
One of these that I remember in particular was a chocolate bar with popping candy in – NOW THESE EXIST MAY I POINT OUT – because I loved both those things SO MUCH so putting them together seemed like a good idea!
Then we had more magical things in my imagination like a chocolate bar that could make you float, turn you invisible, have different flavours depending on your mood and packaging that could turn into X-Ray specs… needless to say I was a very imaginative child. I just wish I had the energy to actually go market these ideas or turn them into real products!
As part of our Chocolate Factory competition, we’re giving away a prize for someone who can come up with a cool idea. Go find the competition by clicking here and enter your cool and wacky ideas… PS you can’t reuse any of mine!
Here’s a quick summary of what was discussed in tonight’s General Management Takeover for all of those people who couldn’t attend, or those who did but need a reminder of what was discussed.
Although I’m sure there were more than nine questions asked altogether, I’ve compiled a list of the ones that discussed the most serious issues and were answered in the most depth.
Also, remember that there will be more General Management Takeovers in the future, and it’s never too early to start getting your questions together. If you missed this one, keep your eyes peeled on the main site (Habbox.com) and on HabboxForum’s Community Notice Board for the next one.
AS REVEALED months ago on these very pages, Willy Wonka will be opening his legendary chocolate factory to the public for the first time ever this weekend.
Those from far and wide will be flocking to catch a glimpse of the world inside – although only a select few will get to experience it for real, with their gold tickets.
Five were sent out and we can now reveal the lucky children who will be given a lifetime’s supply of Wonka’s chocolates, as well as the tour are: Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, record-breaking gum chewer Violet Beauregarde, Mike Teavee and Charlie Bucket.
As an official partner of the opening, Habbox will be covering much of the goings-on inside, and you can keep up to date on and around the website and forum – and we’ll try and get you inside, too!
