Most of you who follow Miss Lovato have either watched or are planning to watch her new documentary on Youtube – Simply Complicated. Without spoiling it, it simply gives you an insight into the real Demi & her battles with Mental Health as well as using both legal & illegal substances to get through what must have been a difficult childhood.
She touches on the bipolar disorder she has as well as the depression and anxiety but continues to spread the message that talking about it openly & honestly as well as putting all that energy into her music, is the key to her strength. Along with a few promotions of her work-out gear, Demi showed us the positive effects that exercise & being outside has on the soul, mind and body. She continues to battle with one final problem she has but doesn’t seem to want to talk about it all too much.
I beg you to watch it whether you are a fan of hers or not; it takes the edge off the pain of our own problems, if only for a little while. And remember I am here if you ever need to talk or want some advice; I have had a few Habbos get in touch already and we are on the path to recovery; why not join us?
Are they really all rainbows & love hearts? I think so, yes; especially when you find the right one. If you’re not waking up smiling & feeling like the luckiest person on earth every morning then you are in the wrong relationship.
It is something I know a lot of us suffer with; be it the Social or Global kind. The added pressure of routine, commitment & most people not understanding the impact it has on our lives, results in a lot of us being withdrawn or turning into total recluses.
I know plenty of people who suffer with it; me included. It’s slowly becoming my best friend & I’m not sure I like that. I mean, I’m exhausted, I’m physically drained but all it wants to do is keep me busy with different thoughts ideas; some of them being completely out of this world!
HELP; it’s not as readily available as it should be for those with Mental Health issues. There are so many adverts, posters, & leaflets offering advice and a listening ear yet when it comes down to someone actually looking for some guidance, no-one seems to want to know; not really…
