Do you use Minimail?0
By - Posted 4th July, 2015 at 9:33 pm

Minimail has been around on Habbo for a long time now and it was used frequently to send and receive messages around the Habbo community, but over the last year Minimail has become used less and less. Back in 2007, I personally received/sent 4 – 5 Minimails a day, but in the last couple of months I have received only 1 or 2 and not sent a single one.

The on-client IM service provided by Habbo is a much easier and faster way of gaining a response, and now with the use of fansite forums and social networking sites, Habbo Minimail has become deserted. The question that has been asked on a number of occasions is, do we need Minimail? We have Guestbooks, IM and many other methods of communicating to other Habbo’s so, is it needed?

I asked a couple members of Habbo.com for their opinion on this, here is their responses:

Mdport. –I don’t see the point in using Minimail anymore. It’s faded out and people are more likely to use the chat on Habbo, Msn, Facebook or the forums’
Bfen – ‘I think it is a waste of space and is unused because I never check it, It’s not easily accessible if you use Habbo.com/client’
