Everybody loves a good game. Weather it be on a DS, Wii, Xbox or any other gaming system there is out there at the minute. There is always a game for anyone, even cats. Yes you read it right! A US company called Little Hiccup has invented an IPad game for cats after deciding the usual ball of string is not good enough anymore for the modern day cat. Will it be a huge hit success or a catastrophe. The app Game For Cats features a fast moving mouse pointer which is said to appeal to a cat’s hunting instincts as they attempt to catch it. There even has been another app which is a sequel to the first called Paint For Cats which is designed for the more artistic cat. Whenever a cat touches the screen it makes a colourful paw imprint. The sequel was tested out in an animal shelter where it received a positive result. Large cats such as their wilder cousins, lions and tigers even enjoy it. What spurred them on to make a game for cats? Well it’s simple. They saw YouTube videos of cats playing on a IPad on human games. It was then they decided to make a game for cats. The company said they would like to make a one for dogs but they just don’t respond well to it.
