Last week, Habbo Guardians were finally introduced and everyone was eager to move towards becoming a guardian. However, there was a glitch preventing Habbos from achieving this fully.
However, earlier this week, once a Habbo became a Novice Guardian, they would no longer (or rarely) receive a Tour/Help request, possibly because both the Tour/Help requests and Bully reports were being handled in the same Habbo Helper Tool. This prevented Novice Guardians from increasing their number of help requests and tour guide minutes, as well as obtaining helper recommendations. Many Habbos tweeted to the CEO of Sulake, Paul LaFontaine, explaining the problem. He tweeted back letting us know that they would look into the issue and “change requirements a little to ease the blockage”.
A few days ago, Habbo introduced two new features to fix this issue, shown in the image within this article:
1. Guardians now have the option to choose to accept only help requests, only bully reports, or both.
2. The number of Habbo Helpers & Habbo Guardians on duty are displayed on the Habbo Help Tool..
I personally find both of these features extremely handy. As a Guardian, if I do not feel like answering bully requests, I can just uncheck “Bully Reports” and only accept for tour/help requests. In addition, with the visible number of habbo helpers and guardians on duty, I can estimate as to how often I will be receiving my calls.
Many Habbos were stuck on the Novice Guardian stage for about a week. Have you finally reached the final “Guardian” stage? What do you think about the two new features? Let us know by clicking on “Read More & Comment!“
