Recently, the Scandinavians were given their chat back and the mute was put to an end for them! Perhaps soon the same can be said for us? On the 4th of July at 3:12pm Paul LaFontaine, CEO Sulake, tweeted the following (see image)

So hopefully the hotel will be unmuted soon if all goes well! Although, Paul has said we would be unmuted before so who knows if it will happen?

After Paul LaFontaine tweeted this, he recieved a large amount of replies and questions.
Many people seemed happy and excited about this news. 

In terms of the questions and opinions raised, one person stated that they thought ‘we’re being treated like children and we should be able to talk as we please” and this was mainly in response to a limited chat being bought into the hotel rather than normal chat straight away. Paul LaFontaine replied with ‘The temporary limit to chat is to make a point. We ALL work together to set a community standard. You are part of the solution too’ Do you agree that we all work together to set a community standard?
