Having your own room and being able to give rights to other Habbos has been a standard feature for many years in the Hotel. It’s become a popular trend to charge credits or furni in exchange for room rights, with prices varying depending on the popularity of the room and how much furni it holds. A frustrating hitch with being able to hand out rights to anyone was that the owner of the room and the receiver of the rights had to be present when they were being given. This presented all sorts of problems, a particular one being the possibility that the owner of the room lived in a different time zone, or had a busy schedule, meaning an extended wait for your rights.

After a little bit of digging the Habbox news team has uncovered some screen shots of what appears to be a brand new system for handing out room rights. Not only is it simple and easy to understand, but it allows you to hand out rights to Habbos who aren’t even online. The only hitch is that this feature is available exclusively to people on your friend list. However this does make sense, as you would probably only give rights to people on your friend list, if you could hand the rights out to anyone you may end up giving them to the wrong Habbo. The new upgrade also has a filter, to make your searching that little bit easier.

Are you looking forward to the new upgrade? Personally I think this idea should have been implemented years ago, now the feature I want to see is some sort of log telling you who’s used their rights and what they’ve done.
