It’s going to happen

As some of you may know, I lost my Nan a few weeks ago now. I tried to write a poem about it, and this is the outcome.
Enjoy.

It’s going to happen, eventually

The rain will pour,

and never stop.

It’s going to happen, soon

The flowers will die,

and so will flock.

It’s going to happen, quickly

The sun will stop shining,

and so will you.

It’s already happened, now

You have gone away,

and I’m missing you.
