Paul McCartney decides to get married again.

Sir Paul McCartney is to get married again for the third time after proposing to girlfriend Nancy Shevell. The couple have been together for four years. Paul McCartney’s first wife, Linda died of cancer in 1998 and in 2008, he went through an acrimonious divorce from his second wife, Heather Mills.

Sir Paul and Ms Shevell first met in 2007 in The Hamptons, Long Island, United States of America. Ms Shevell was previously married for twenty years to a lawyer, Paul Blakeman.

Nancy Shevell sits on the board of New Yorks Metropolitan Transportation Authority and has a degree in Business Administrating from the Arizona State University. Ms Shevell often appeared at Stella McCartney’s fashion shows and is said to get on well with Sir Paul McCartneys five children.
