Just a little quote there to start off this article, because it’s all about… possible new features arriving for pets on Habbo!

We took a quick visit to the ‘Habbo Research Lab’ today, and we discovered a brand new poll – part of it was on the new ‘Usva’ furniture range, but the rest of it  was regarding pets on Habbo! Some of the questions included, were ‘How many pets do you own on Habbo’ and ‘Why did you purchase a pet/pets’. However one of the most ‘exciting’ questions we discovered, hinted possible features coming to pets on Habbo, why not take a quick look at some of them in this picture…

They look like pretty exciting features don’t they?!

Not all the features would fit on 1 picture (otherwise the picture would be massive), so here is the rest of the features that were mentioned in that question.

. Huge pets like elephants or giraffes
. More typical house pets, for example mice, hamsters or bunnies
. More farm animals, for example cows or lambs
. More exotic animals that you couldn’t have as pets in real life, for example tigers
. More fantasy pets, for example phoenix birds, monsters or miniature zombies
. Aquariums with fish as pets
. Friends taking care of my pets, for example they could give them food
. Customizing pets even after buying them, for example by giving them hair styles and a special colour. (I think they mean “fur styles”)
. More commands for pets
. None of these, but maybe something else

This looks like another step forward for Habbo, I’m pretty sure not only will users be loving these new features – but the pets might go “Barking Mad” over it. So we decided to go out and get some opinions from people – on what they think about the possible new features.

TrueBliss: “The ponies sound pretty interesting – i’d love to see that in the hotel, and overall the idea of customizing pets sounds great!”.

Jenkss:  “Customizing pets sounds good, and also letting your friends take care of your pets could be quite handy, especially when you go on holiday”.

,DarkLove?: “The elephants sound awesome!”
