Lights, camera, action!

Things have been rather bumpy in the hotel this week. Hotel wide mutes, accusations and a Channel 4 news report. Sulake CEO Paul LaFontaine has been tweeting regularly, keeping us all updated. They have certainly kept us news reporters busy.
It’s now calming down a little and the weekend has arrived. Cue the party music! In all seriousness though, what have Sulake learnt about themselves as a company? I can speculate that perhaps they have learnt to tighten security, get better moderation tools and review their whole plan completely.
In the coming weeks and months we can only wait and see what will happen. Of course, whilst we have been muted most of us have been collecting achievements for pixels, silently protesting and playing games. Especially, the
brand new Fast Food game. The thing that has impressed me the most about this week is the
community spirit of the Habbos still coming online, even though no one can talk. This brings me onto the subject of that very lovely
badge that Habbos have received for being in the welcome lounge during this tense time. It seems that the staff at Habbo greatly
appreciate the support of their loyal customers and very rightly so, too! There has been a brilliant
trophy that Habbos have been given out and talk of the
big unmute.
That’s my news roundup for this week complete. It has been action packed, tense and rather interesting to see.
