A new poll has been introduced regarding Public Spaces…

In the past, a key feature of the Habbo community were the Public Rooms, areas with a much higher user limit that were built by Habbo staff to encourage players to get to know new people in an open environment. After being in the client for many years, Habbo made the decision to remove the areas from the Navigator and replace them with Public Spaces instead.

Few people believe there were significant changes, except that now there is no functionality (such as the the Diving game in the old Pool) and the size reduction of the rooms themselves.

Sulake believe that their newer system needs feedback from users (prompted by a Uservoice question which received much support) and so has added a poll for the Welcome Lounge that asks users 4 questions:

1.) What do you think about the current Public Spaces vs the Old Public Rooms?
2.) In your own words, what is the main difference between the old Public Rooms and the current Public Spaces?
3.) If you could change one thing about the Public Spaces, what would you do?
4.) In your own words, what would make the current Public Spaces better?

It appears they too see there may be too few differences to warrant the name change, but only the results of the poll will show what might happen next.

But what do you think? Will you be answering to get your voice heard? Or do you steer clear of the whole subject? Tell us your thoughts below, but remember to be logged in!
