Our favorite drug addicted TV star is back in court this coming Tuesday and its not even to claim more money for his hit series ‘Two and a Half Men‘.
Charlie will be appearing in family court to argue that he should have sole custody of his 2 year old twin sons.
Unfortunately he won’t just be arguing with the face of the law, though he will have to stand up against his ex-wife Brooke Mueller.
After fighting for his custody rights with his children, he will be heading off to Washington for another show tomorrow tonight.
