Why am I talking about this you may ask? Simple, because Habbo have gone a little too far in advertising! In the new Public Rooms for the Valentine’s period there are QR images that you can scan to give to your partner. However, because the url is ‘******’ when you scan it, I would rather not show my boyfriend the image. Who knows what it may be? Not me because my phone told me to enable JavaScript.
Anyhow, a lot of people on Habbo date someone from Habbo, so are Habbo promoting internet dating? Just the other day there was a Safer Internet Day, informing us of who to webcam with, who to give personal information out etc. Why go against their word?
