The Mystery Box0
By - Posted 4th July, 2015 at 9:45 pm

Habbos were surprised to see that Habbo had come up with quite the original idea for a Christmas challenge, the ‘Mystery Box‘.

The box is what it says on the tin, a box. However once you complete the quest that you have been given, the box is given a colour and you are left with a key. You will notice that the box colour and the key doesn’t match. That’s where the Christmas spirit kicks into play, Habbos are suppose to find other people who have a key which corresponds to their box. While doing this, Habbos are expected to open someone else’s box, returning a favour. A lot of Habbos have moved to spamming in the hope of getting people to open their boxes however.

You can find Key Exchange rooms all over the Hotel, usually at the top of the navigator under the ‘Popular Rooms‘ section. This method does seem to be rather effective for finding the people to open the boxes also.

But, the big question is, what’s inside the box? Well of course, It is Christmas… The box contains a prize which can range from a bauble and a Christmas rare, and we’ve seen Habbos collect prizes from baubles all the way to sleighs or even fireplaces! The prizes seem to be of good quality, which has been lacking in the Hotel recently. We’re very happy to see these boxes… Or is that just me?
