As we all discovered recently singer Sean Kingston was involved in a jet-ski accident which left him in a critical condition, but he is now in a stable condition & is due to a full recovery over the next six weeks!
21 year old Sean Kingston The Jackson Memorial Hospital after he was involved in a accident on a beach in Miami, Florida. Mr Kingston was carrying a passenger when the accident happened and they were both rescued by a pedestrian who was passing by who then immediately called for help. Officials investing the accident say there were no alcohol involved. 
While Sean has been i hospital taking things easy, his celebrity friends such as Nicki Minaj & Chris Brown have been sending him get well soon tweets and he even received a bedside visit from tennis superstar Serena Williams!
