Today I thought to myself, what would the world be like without colour? I thought and thought until I came up with this poem.

One day this will happen,
The world’s colour will fade,
Leaving us all in darkness,
Only one colour will stand,
That shall be black,
It will slowly wipe away the colour.

We will scream in fear,
Hiding in the light,
Waiting for the colour to fade,
Taking each others hand, 
Wishing for light to stay,
But still, it fades away.

Without light,
We will all be lost,
Without light,
We will be dead inside,
Without light,
We will cower in fear.
