Doan Thi Houng, as identified by the documents she carried, is believed to be one of the two women that attacked Kim Jong Nam, the half-brother of North Korea’s leader, Kim Jong Un. The method of killing? – Some sort of chemical spray. The exact chemical is not yet known to the public.
There is a reason that the news is so large. Waves of speculation have flowed through the world as many have tried to determine whether or not Kim Jong Un himself ordered the assassination. Nam had fell out of favor by his half-brother after he tried to enter Tokyo Disneyland under a false passport in 2001. The National Intelligence Service, in 2012, noted a genuine assassination attempt to find and kill Nam by North Korea, where Nam reportedly begged for his own and his family’s lives and said that the only way out would be suicide.
