Collectibles

You will need:

Ice Cream Machines (x12) Dragon Lamps (x14) Hippos (x24) Sloths (x14) Fans (x8) Pillars (x9) Marquees (x13) Pillows (x14) Pods (x14) ... etc

Many Habbos have a favourite type of furni and aim to collect as many different types as possible. Here’s how to start your own collection.

Step 1: Choose your collection

There are lots of options for collections, from traditional rare sets like fans, marquees, pillows and dragons, to more modern ranges such as sloths, hedgehogs and hippos.

You could also start collecting by colour – aiming for an all-red room for example.

Step 2: Start saving up and keep an eye on trades

You’ll need to work out how much your entire set is going to cost you. You can use the marketplace, a Habbo group forum like our partners at Ultra Rare Trade, or fansite values. Work out on a spreadsheet how much it’s going to cost and start saving up. Play events to win yourself credits and trade some of your old unwanted furni!

Step 3: Look around for some bargains

Now you’re keeping an eye on the marketplace, you can start to notice when something’s at a good price. If it’s under the average then you might be in luck with a great deal!

A lot of users have one or two items from a collection so ask your friends if they have something that they’ll trade you for a good price! Also at this time, look around shops (particularly bulk shops) who might do you a deal. A whole set’s going to be expensive, so the more deals you can get the better!

Step 4: Build a collection room

Once you’ve started your collection it’s a great idea to display them to people can see what you’ve got and might be able to help fill in the blanks. A cute room with some simple grass/rocks – whatever furni you already have – can look really cute. The most popular way is to display collections in rainbow order. Sometimes you will need to stack the furni to display properly behind each other!

Below is a room from Chidiva who collected many of the super rare sets (such as the marquees and laser gates).

Step 5: Don’t feel pressured to finish all sets!

It can be so expensive to COMPLETE a set, as most of the sets have one or two super rare items in them. A full dragon set can cost you thousands and thousands of credits!
