When I say “Habbox”, what do you think of? I think of the Habbox Help Desk. HxHD is iconic to the Habbox name, and it’s no surprise it’s stayed with us throughout our Habbo journey.. well mostly. Read on for 8 fabulous facts about the Habbox Help Desk..

1. The Help Desk hasn’t always existed.

Once upon a time someone thought it would be a good idea to close the help desk, and turn it into a lounge. A LOUNGE! Can you believe it? After a day or two, the help desk was revived!

2. Senior Help Desk Staff used to be called Super Staff.

This is my favourite fact. I want to be super staff. With a cape.

3. The Help Desk was used for Habbo Staff Q&A sessions.

4. The Help Desk has had 100s of layouts.

The layout is changed on a regular basis and screenshots have been saved on the Habbox Wiki as far back as 2004. It’s part of Habbox history! Anyone can design the layout, just post it here if you want a go!

5. There was more than one Help Desk.

Not only did we have the Habbox Help Desk, but we also had the Rare Values Help Desk. Also, some naughty Habbos have opened their own fake Habbox Help Desk in the past (Normally as a result of being fired or rage quitting). As you can imagine, they didn’t really take off.

6. The Help Desk began in 2004.

THAT’S SIXTEEN YEARS GUYS. SIXTEEN.

7. For years, the Help Desk had a dog.

Colin the Dog! He was pretty well known but has sadly retired from the help desk along with his owners. Maybe we can persuade Habbox to get a cat….

8. The first formal manager of Habbox Help Desk was DJ-3000.

He was also the first ever department manager. Oooo errr.
