Competitions are what Habbo is all about! If you aren’t involved in competitions, what are you doing! Summer was celebrated with a number of different ones, including the chance for you to get your hands on the So Fresh Hits of the Summer 2011 CD, which is jam-packed with songs!

If you are a major music fan then this 2 disc set was what you needed. Thoughtfully loaded with some amazing artists including Usher, Justin Bieber, Ke$ha, Rihanna, Taio Cruz, Nelly, The Potbelleez, Adam Lambert and so many more! Included also is an excellent CD with the Best Of songs from 2010, which is definitely a year to remember in terms of the music industry.

Did you watch the show!? It was excellent, here, I’ll tell you what happened…. Joking! I can’t disclose that information to those that didn’t even watch it, and after all that advertising I did with those previous articles! Oh well, we will now be able to find out who watched it and who didn’t!

As many of you will have heard, disaster has struck the land down under over the past few weeks, and they can’t survive by themselves. This is the time when the world must put their differences aside and work together. What can each country, or in fact each individual do to help?

For people overseas the best way to help is to send donations. Now of course, since Habbo is such a massive community, we have been asked to help donate to the government. I will definitely be taking a break from buying coins this week in order to help a much greater cause, and that is to help my fellow man. You should be aware that it really doesn’t matter how much you choose to donate, or how much you can afford to donate, because every little helps, and in the end it does add up.

The Queensland government is taking donations in order to help, so if you want to send a donation you can do so by visiting their government website by clicking here. In conjunction with the government, the Australian Red Cross is also taking donations, so if you wish to send a donation to them, click here.

If you are unable to donate, don’t feel disheartened, because you can help by sending your thoughts and wishes to those affected. We can all help in our own way.
