Across The Poppy Field

Across the poppy field as far as the eye can see

Thousands of red poppies upon the earth grow

The brave spirited soldiers of the war from pain they are free

As the tall wooden crosses stand row by row

We remember the great who fought the foes until the end

With wreaths of poppies in which we put onto the ground

Respect them, remember them, For a moment we spend

Silent, without emitting a sound

The soldiers of the wars may in peace they rest

Forever and always, in a field which poppies sway to and fro

From the heroes to the great and onto the best

Across the reddened field the wooden crosses stand upright, row by row

R.I.P to all the war heroes
