It’s now the month of December, which is a month that symbolizes the festive sprit. With people already counting down on their advent calendars, Habbo has decided to join in with its annual release of the Christmas furniture collection.

This year Habbo didn’t release any new furniture, so there are no marked changes from the previous year. On top of the Christmas furniture, Habbo has also released the cabin furniture. It is grouped under the sparkling ‘XMAS Furni’ section of the catalogue and not separately. Moreover, there have been a number of quite peculiar pricings going on this year. For example, the Christmas Tree 3 is three times the value of 1 and 2.

I must also add some doom and gloom towards this article to juxtapose all the cheer. Not all furniture items of the past have been released. For example, items such as the various forms of tinsel and the Holly Garland have not been included as of yet. This would naturally mean that their prices will shoot up, especially due to the demand of such popular items like the Holly Garland. In the past, Habbo have been known to update their catalogue with more items. However, it is hard to tell whether such an act will happen this season.

Reaction has been mixed, with some enjoying the new features, whilst others are being nostalgic over some of the older furniture not released this year and questioning the prices. Let us know what you thinking by clicking ‘Read More & Comment’.
