Coloured Chat0
By - Posted 4th July, 2015 at 9:43 pm

Pictures of the new coloured chat have been released recently, and it shall be covered in this article.

This new edition to the chat has sparked some aesthetical interest, ever since its release. There is now an editor like box to the left of the chat bar, allowing you to pick a colour, one of the 4 in the picture to the right. This will change the background of the speech bubbles to match the colour, however in some respects this looks slightly messy with certain examples.

Another thing that changes is the colour around the head of the Habbo. This is normally based upon the clothing worn, however as you change the chat colour, this also changes. With the examples on the right however, all but the normal colour do appear to clash a little, and look a rather odd.

The general opinion from people on the matter of this seem to follow a trend of not liking it. Opinions such as, “It is pretty pointless” and “I really don’t think the colours work”, have been floating around, and many seem to want this feature removed. Another annoyance is the position of the colour changer, which people are also angry about. The final feeling shared by players is that this will become reasonably dead content soon, as they’ll get bored of it.

There are a variety of views on this new feature, however what are yours? Share them by clicking “Read More & Comment”.
