Disney World Candles?!0
By - Posted 7th February, 2016 at 1:44 am The Real World

Candles are my favourite things in the world. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve tried to eat a candle or set my hair on fire so I can become one with the candles… Ok, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration; but in short, I love candles.

Another one of my favourite things in the world is Disney World! It’s the holiday of choice for my family and has been for years and years. So, you are probably wondering what these things have in common? Well, ‘CANDLES’ is the answer!

I have recently discovered the following candles on Etsy. They are are created by Anthology Candles and come in 8 different scents.

  • Haunted Mansion Candle
  • Belle’s Library Candle
  • Soarin’ Candle
  • Dole Whip Candle
  • Part of Your World Candle
  • Churros Candle
  • The Black Pearl Candle
  • Main Street Bakery Candle

All of the candles smell like well… What they are called! The Soarin’ Candle smells like the Soarin’ ride that is featured in Epcot, the Main Street Bakery Candle smells like the Main Street Bakery.  I’m sure you get where I’m going with this. The smells are not based on the park smells, but instead are actually the park smells! This is possible because most of the scents that are around the Disney Parks are actually artificial. You can find these candles by clicking this link here. What a crazy/amazing idea! Don’t you want your house to smell like Disney World?! I know I do. (Maybe not the sweaty tourist smells, but the nice bakery smells.)

They are a bit pricey, especially if you live in the UK; also, the delivery wait is 2-3 months which is quite a long time. Apart from all that, I will most probably buy two for my Mother for Mother’s Day (one for myself) as I know she would love it and they would help ‘spark’ some great memories.

Let me know what you think about them or just overpriced candles in general! Are you a big fan of candles or is artificial scents really not your thing? Comment below by clicking ‘Read More and Comment!
