As Habbo is recreating itself and following the vision of CEO Paul Lafontaine, it seems that a new game centre will be launched right on the client.

We did witness Lafontaine state a few months ago that numerous games will be developed and will be integrated within the hotel. Some old like Wobble Squabble and some brand news, wrapped in packaging. The new hotel view (which will be updated soon) is starting to reflect such a move. Recently, one of our members, Shorty, spotted a games bar at the bottom of the client with his eagle eyes. At current, this bar only contains Snow Storm, but is set to expand to more.

However, this bar is not publically active at the moment, as Lafontaine would face embarrassment in releasing a lone game. As developers stick games back on and develop new ones, the whole tab shall be released within the next few months.

Reaction to this development has been slightly muted. A few Habbos are not that excited as this game centre would need to contain new and innovative games. Ultimately, it’s in Habbos hands to develop something that would attract interest and popularity.
