One genre of films that families like to watch: Musicals! They can bring us joy and they can bring emotions to life through music. Of course, musicals aren’t liked by everyone but quite a few people still enjoy them! In the last decade, Disney brought out a franchise that many families have come to love. This was called High School Musical! I myself liked this musical franchise as a child but I have only seen two of the three films. I have picked some songs that I think are good from this film. Let’s take a look at some of them!

Breaking Free – High School Musical

I am sure that many people have heard this song; this is probably one of the favourites of the entire franchise! With a catchy chorus accompanied by amazing chords and an energetic drumbeat, we just feel that urge to sing along! Gabriella and Troy really make this song what it is and I couldn’t imagine anyone else singing it. I do love this tune and I hope that you’ll love it too. To listen to the song, click here!

Fabulous – High School Musical 2

What does Sharpay want? She wants everything fabulous! She definitely serves us some fabulousness with this song. This song is also catchy but has a bit of a sassy vibe to it and I like it! If Sharpay was like this in real life, she probably wouldn’t have got away with her ego. However, this is a musical so she definitely gets off the hook with this! High School Musical – High School Musical 3: Senior Year

 What would be a better way to end a franchise than to end it with a spectacular finale song? This franchise certainly made a fantastic ending to this song; it’s also my favourite song from High School Musical. The first time I heard this song, I was wowed and I loved the harmony right at the end! This is, once again, another catchy song from High School Musical (like all the songs) and it makes you want to sing along! You should definitely listen to it! Click here if you’d like to listen!
