Hey! Who threw that pie?0

Just recently a new pixel effect was released. The effect being pie!

There has been much speculation about when this effect was going to be released and what it would look like. Now it is here and it is raising some interesting questions.

The effect costs just 50 pixels and lasts for 24 hours. An outstanding amount of time compared to regular pixel effects that last just 1 hour and normal pixel effects cost either 50, 89 or 139 pixels. You are paying less for more time. As for the effect itself, it is a tray of pie that has landed on top of your belly and hip area.

There are many mixed feelings about the new effect. Some say it is referring to the rude film “American Pie” while others could be hinting at the next quest or challenge. Currently the effect has no use other then just being there. It really has no point to it though because the effect has nothing to do with the current quests in Habbo Hotel. Hopefully this new effect is a hint at a new quest rather than a random act to add more effects.

Here are what fellow Habbos said about the pie:

“Not really any point whatsoever to this… unless it’s like, an effect which is out before something will be released? Like a really awful sneak peak. not much to go on, but y’know, might be.”

“I think its a bit inappropriate considering most of Habbos users are young teens (i would of though they are anyway) which haven’t heard of American Pie because its a bit rude.”
