I’m A Celebrity’s started the evictions!0

Every year, we sort of do but don’t look forward to the I’m A Celebrity evictions, depending on how nice the camp mates are. Earlier in the show, a close knit group including Gogglebox‘s Scarlett Moffatt and comedian Joel Dommett was disturbed by the arrival of Martin Roberts from Homes Under The Hammer and radio legend Danny Baker. Instantly, disruptions between Martin & Danny took place, causing hassle for the rest of the camp. But who was evicted and who’s happy about it?

Spoilers ahead!

Last night, Ant & Dec revealed the result of the public vote where landlines call the long number and mobiles call the short number (sorry!), and they were together this time – Ant & Dec, not Ant in once place & Dec in the other! “In no particular order”, they say, but either the last or penultimate person is given the news: “It might be you.” If you were thinking what my parents and I were thinking, you were very stressed out by Martin, so much that you either vowed to never watch Homes Under The Hammer again, or simply watched it to see what he was like on there – which turned out very stressful indeed. Most people seemed to think Martin would go, as watching him stressed you out so much.

When Ant & Dec skipped past Martin with an “It’s not you,” I was personally pretty shocked. Then Danny & Carol were told it might be them and I honestly didn’t think it would be Carol. Spoiler alert! Fortunately for me, it wasn’t Carol that was kicked off but rather Danny. And he seemed happy about it when chatting to Ant & Dec.

At home, in the comfort of my sofa, my family were actually discussing whether the result would have been the same if you were voting for who to kick off. Hear me out: if you forget about someone, you’re not going to vote to keep them so they will probably be kicked off, right? So, if you’re voting to kick the people off, does that mean that person won’t be voted to be kicked off? Who knows.

Are you happy with the I’m A Celebrity result? Wish Martin went instead? And who should have got royalty?! Let us know those thoughts and more down in the comments section below!
