Just another kick in the head!0

The title may just be misleading but is it really? I think it sums this report up quickly and I’m very excited with the game that has returned to Habbo.com today! Recently it was rumoured that the ever awesome Kick Wars would be returning to Habbo and when screenshots, badges and the actual game turned up we could see that it wasn’t just a rumour at all!

The game is owned by the purpose made Habbo avatar ‘AirBlender‘ an odd name for kicking but I suppose when you kick someone hard you blend them… or not? I’m not very good with assumptions as you can see. Maybe you can do better? Anyhow, as soon as I saw the thread informing me of Kick Wars’ return I rushed onto Habbo (well I say rushed, I casually strolled on with the speed of my browser and my laptop in general) and I went into the 1st room (there are 3 available so don’t worry) and began my journey. I joined the group and went into the nearest teleport, I was mesmerized by the background, it looked just like space! I managed to pass the first room, the second and kept going, unfortunately I failed and was kicked with ease but I noticed some key things you need to remember when playing.

First, click on a person before going into a teleport, click moderate so you can see the ignore, report (and kick) options, this will give you some advantage and then you’re set to go! I used :Chooser in some cases too but it is sometimes more of a disturbance than a help. I suggest not ghosting, what’s the point in that? You want to get to the end room not just have to put the effect on each time; you’re also easily spotted if you wear an all purple outfit.

I currently haven’t completed the game but according to Habbo these are the steps you must take in order to play:

  • Enter one of the three entrances
  • Join the group
  • Walk through the teleport to enter a big network of space rooms where every Habbo can kick ad place the furniture in difference spots
  • There are treasure rooms to be found!
  • If you find a treasure room, you need to walk towards the treasure and you will be rewarded a prize

There are different prizes to win such as:

  • A user designed badge
  • Robot Penguin
  • Sci-Fi Reactor
  • SF Minibar
  • SF Android

Of course some people may just want to play to gain a lot of furniture or badges but there are limitations of 3 prizes per day so if you’ve won that amount already don’t waste your time! However, you can play every day to win more furniture and badges.

Earlier I said you could win ‘a user designed badge‘ this means that Habbo are allowing you to create them! This is like a competition I remember in October (approximately) with the different teams you could join and one of the competitions was to design the badge! So, do you think you could create a badge? If you do then design it and send it to [email protected] (I noticed they changed the competition email as the old one was [email protected])! Anyway, good luck in the game and good luck in your designs. I think I will be creating a few badges as it’s harmless fun and you have to be in it to win it.

What do you think of the game, do you agree that it should be kept to staff based rooms or would you prefer having it back in your own room? Any comments and opinions are welcome! Thanks for reading.
