There’s been a huge increase in the number of badges today!
Hidden inside the codes of Habbo, there’s a lot more campaigns – and each one brings its own brand new badge(s)!
Firstly, there’s the new KickWars Galactica badge that has been released. It’s been greeted with mixed reactions – some people like the traditional style (it looks like a Habbo Staff badge), but some people are criticing the pixel art skills – some of the text is very wonky. However, I know that KickWars and badge fans alike can’t wait for another one to add to the collection!
The second set of badges concerns a new achievements – Room Competition Voters. A few years ago, Sulake changed the way room designing
competitions are voted for – having a separate category for all designers to put their room in. Players can then vote for their favourite –
and now there’s an incentive for them to vote! It’s also possible that the competition will be more fair, as more of the community may vote, rather than just the winners going on clones to vote for themselves! Just like the other achievement badges, this one comes in 10 different levels.
Finally, the Habbo Facebook page has launched another competition, with yet another set of interlinking badges. A lot of Habbos believe
it’s related to the Creepy Church Myths which are currently ongoing. However, the badges seen to form an electrified column – I
personally love the striking grey and blue design. It’ll be interesting to see if there is actually something you do for this badge, rather than just entering a room.
What do you think of the new badges? Leave your thoughts in the comments below.
Conor has been a shining light for Habbox this month, getting stuck in with events and radio (and a brand new role for himself in comps!) and has been active in the Discord server to kick up the activity a notch.
Kelky has taken over your airwaves! A massive 30 hours of radio time while also getting involved in training new DJs has put him on our radar and earns him one of the coveted SOTM spots this month.
