A new year and a new start by the looks of it as Puffin, a former hotel manager for the merged .COM hotel has resigned! On the 1st January 2013 it was announced that she had departed from Sulake, with her Habbo motto being changed to ‘G’bye & thanks for all the fish!‘ 

Puffin was the last of the surviving managers post-merge and worked alongside the others (Fozzie and SmoothCriminal) until they both left previously. However, she has also been one of the old staff members by starting at the company, Sulake at the end of 2005. Originally, Puffin started out as the Community Manager on the Norweigan Hotel where she was called Aurora. After that, she moved onto the Canadian Hotel, gaining the position of Hotel Manager until the merge.

As staff, Puffin was one who cared a lot about the community, helping out with events, visiting public rooms such as the Theatredome and helping out with campaigns such as the Habbo Council. Previously, she was seen online almost every day and even interacted with some members, keeping the community part of Habbo present.

Before the merge, Puffin gathered many players into the Theatredome, alongside the other Canadian Hotel Manager she cursed in the room by telling everyone to shut up – she apologised after. More positive activies from Puffin were leading the Habboween 2011 group named The Dawn Fighters but unfortunately she ended up losing to Kitano’s Serpents of Doom.

Now she has left the company, it looks like players have lost that part of old Habbo that many wanted back; she was one of the few remaining pre-merge staff members!
