Stomach aches are very annoying and also hard to be cured unless you know exactly the reason of the ache is. What if it was a sudden ache and you don’t know what’s the reason? Don’t worry. Today we’ll be covering how to stop and fight those aches without taking any drugs.
1- Drinking mint:
If you suddenly get a stomach ache, don’t panic but follow these instructions:
1- Take some mint leaves 10-15.
2- Wash them gently with some water and an antiseptic substance.
3- Boil some water and pour it in a glass.
4- Put the mint leaves inside the glass with hot water and squeeze the leaves with a spoon or anything clean.
5- Drink the mint liquid and you’ll get well soon.
Mint liquid will help relax the stomach and digest food in a proper way which allows the body to free gasses and help the stomach to recover soon.
2- Drinking lemon:
If you don’t have mint at home and you can’t get out and buy it because of your ache, you can replace it with lemon. Just do the following:
1- Boil some water and pour it into a glass.
2- Squeeze the lemon and mix the lemon’s juice with boiled water.
3- Drink it.
This mix will help increase the acidity levels in the stomach which also allows crumbling and digesting food.
3- Supply line:
In order to cure the ache, your body needs energy, therefore, you must supply it with food and natural liquids that are easy to be digested such as rice and orange juice. This method will supply the body with energy to cure and recover from ache.
4- Don’t worry, vomiting isn’t that bad:
Don’t be afraid of vomiting. Your body doesn’t have a choice; vomiting helps the body release viruses and will clean the stomach which will make you feel much better and more relaxed. So, next time you feel that you need to throw up, don’t worry and be thankful that you’ll get rid of that disturbing pain in no time.
5- Having a shower in warm water:
Relaxing in a warm bath for 15-20 minutes will help relax your stomach muscles and decrease the pain. It won’t definitively cure it but it will help you to face it whilst waiting for more solutions.
– Causes of the aching? It might be some problems with digesting food (chew food well before swallowing), viruses in your food, or even some gases. Don’t forget to see your doctor if the aches become an every day problem.
