They say love doesn’t exist in the place of the internet but who is anyone to say it’s not reality? Click the “read more” button to find out my story!
You get that spine tingling, butterfly feeling that is non-stop. I always paced up and down my room waiting for my close friend Lee, to text and come online in anticipation. He would always ask if I had anything to tell him and how my day went; it started blossoming into something much more than just friendship.
The first time I met him was on Habbo. He was under a cherry blossom tree in the Secret Zen Japanese gardens, which lies within Habbo, and conversation began to flow between us, As day turned to night and hours flew by, we learnt a lot about one another as though we knew each other for years.
Rooms began to be built and Habbos began to walk past me day in and day out. During this period I began to learn a lot about me and Lee.
We shared similar interests in cultural diversity and I wanted to teach English as a foreign language. Things seemed good and that’s when soon enough our friendship ended.
