Royal Furni0
By - Posted 4th July, 2015 at 9:41 pm

Two new pieces of furni in the Habbo-Lympix range have been released, the Royal Tea Lady and the Union Jack Sofa. The Royal Tea Lady shown on the right, is priced in the catelogue at 15c. It acts as a drinks dispenser, handing out tea, which looks very similar to the drinks given out by the Mochamaster. Visually, this is quite an impressive item, resembling the Queen sitting on a chair, which looks like the piano stools from the Romantique range, however recoloured to show the British flag. This item has had quite a lot of positive feedback from Habbos, who have stated that although they have not been impressed by most of the recent furni releases, they have been shocked by the quality design of this item.

The next image is that of the Union Jack Sofa, priced in the catelogue at 25c. It is essentially a Club Sofa coloured to resemble the British flag, a bit like the stool the Queen is sitting on in the other image. The quality of this item is not so great in my opinion, and seems to lack originality. It feels like another one of those recoloured Club Sofas we see people doing constantly when bored, and I would have liked to have seen an actual new sofa design to go with this idea. It is also rather annoying to see Habbo have made the mistake of calling it a Union Jack, when this is only the case at sea. The item should really called the Union Flag Sofa, however this is just a picky detail.

What is your opinion on these two new items? Do you like their style, and do you think the sofa lacks originality? Share your views by clicking “Read More & Comment”.
