[Review] Sam Smith’s Too Good At Goodbyes1
By - Posted 24th September, 2017 at 3:13 pm Entertainment

Sam Smith’s newest single, “Too Good At Goodbyes”, I would say is a break-up song. It also shows it does not matter your sexuality, whether you’re straight or gay, everyone goes through the same feelings during a break-up.

The song has a lot of ostinatos which, in musical terms, means a repeated pattern. The chorus is very catchy and repetitive as all it says is, “I’m way too good at goodbyes”. Sam Smith has not released a song for a couple of years, but he has a gift that not all artists have which allows him to disappear for a couple of years before making another big entrance with a new hit. Not only did he release a new song, the song also hit Number 1 in the UK music charts! The one thing I don’t really like about Sam Smith is why he always writes/sings depressing songs.

Let me know your thoughts on this song and write them down below.
