Stray Pixel Winners Named!0
By - Posted 4th July, 2015 at 9:22 pm

Everyday since the deadline closed I have been going on the Stray Pixels group page when I had the chance just to see who has won the competition as I love seeing the variety of graphics that others submit. This month I was overwhelmed with excitement when I logged on to find that the winners were there waiting for me to click on them to see what good pixel artists are!

Some of the winners were absolutely amazing and the entry Mulge made really caught my eye. The theme was Habbo in the 1800s and boy did they capture it well! Their entry consists of the hotel view we have now but taken back into the 19th century with the famous magnifying glass still their capturing Frank and the Butler, he hasn’t aged a day, but that ain’t a good thing.

All in all, the five entrants that were picked were all amazing and as I am not graphically skilled in the pixel genre I’m not one to pick flaws but they were great!

With the amazing graphics submitted it made me long to enter a Stray Pixel competition and after I read the requirements and theme for this month I knew what I could do to try and be on that group page next month!

This months theme is black and white where, yes, you guessed it you can only use the colours (or shades if you want to be logical about it) and no grey is allowed as it is another colour, obviously!

This month I will be entering the competition, will you? After all, you have to be in it to win it!

What do you think of the entries, do you agree with me? I would love to hear your views, read more and comment and I’ll reply!
