made famous by broadcasting live on BBC Television each year with plenty of entertainment (such as famous singers coming on and singing, small acts of popular television programmes, short clips of what your money will be going towards and live celebrities, usually include Sir Terry Wogan, presenting from different parts of England). The main part of the live filming is always done outside the BBC Television Studios in London and gets very cold!

Children in Need is always on November 18th every year, so don’t miss it!

Can I donate?
Anyone can donate! You can also choose to set up a fundraising event to attract more people, meaning you can make a bigger donation! You then send your cheque in to Children in Need and almost all of your money (depending on rates and boring stuff) is sent to help children who are in need!
