Every year on Halloween in Halloween Town the ghosts and monsters come out to celebrate. Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King, leads the celebration… but is getting tired of doing the same thing every year!

After the Halloween celebrations he takes his dog “Zero” for a walk in the woods, where he comes across a circle of trees. Each tree has a door representing a different holiday. Jack opens the door with a Christmas tree on and they both land in Christmas Town.
