As you will already know, the Habbo community is based mainly on its economy, and it is for this reason that any deal is much sought for. Also as Habbo credits are bought with real-life money, the excitement of ‘deals’ for Habbo users can be equivalent to that of getting a fantastic bargain in your local superstore or fashion shop.
It was announced today that there would be a deal on WIRED and on pets. This would mean that users could get pets for half price, and that they could get upto 30% off all WIRED furni. New bundles in the category (WIRED) were also added due to the offers currently available. These packs included a trigger set and an (remember an before effects not a) effects bundle. In addition to this Habbo released a pack which included all the WIRED required to make some of the popular games.
Umbrella- had the following to say about the deals: ‘They’re alright, would’ve been better if the current deals had been discounted instead to be honest because people like me aren’t going to want to buy the entire things just for a few pieces they’d actually use.’
I think that offers are a good thing within the hotel, and I hope that we see more of them in the future. This is because they both offer users the opportunity to buy furniture for a cheaper price and give Sulake more sales (and by extension, more money), so everybody wins.
